智能终端贵安宣言

    5月24日,“2016贵安·全球智能终端产业创新发展峰会暨中国大数据与人工智能院士论坛”在贵安新区举行。与会院士及企业家代表,围绕全球智能终端、大数据与人工智能等话题,共同探讨了大数据产业关键问题和发展趋势。以下为论坛上发表的《智能终端贵安宣言》全文。

    Intelligent Terminal Declaration at GuiAn

    智能终端已全面融入到人类社会的生产生活，不仅成为全球信息消费的核心，而且为新兴产业发展提供重要的创新平台。智能终端所带动的云计算、物联网、大数据、移动互联网、人工智能、先进制造等产业对环境、能源以及全球经济一体化都具有深远影响。智能终端产业需要各国政府机构、产业组织、科研院所甚至广大用户之间充分沟通，广泛协同，尊重规则，务实推进。为推动智能终端技术及产业健康快速发展，参加和支持“2016贵安全球智能终端产业创新发展峰会暨中国大数据与人工智能院士论坛”的所有院士，声明如下：

    Intelligent terminal is fully integrated into people"s life. It is not only the center of global information consumption, but also an important platform for new industries to make innovations. Cloud computing, Internet of Things, big data, mobile Internet, artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing and other industries driven by intelligent terminals have a profound impact on the environment, energy and global economic integration. Global intelligent terminals industry is developing rapidly. The development of intelligent terminals needs the cooperation between governments, organizations and researching institutes from different countries. We all need to work together and exchange ideas and respect rules of each other. To promote the rapid development of intelligent terminals technology, all academicians who participate and support 2016 GuiAn Global Intelligent Terminals Industry Innovation and Development Summit &China Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Academician Forum will make the following declaration:

    一、高瞻远瞩，集聚智慧，在核心领域深入探索。全球智能终端相关科研、金融、工业及教育等领域业者团结起来，创新企业公共服务体系建设的新模式、新路径、新举措和新方法，全力孵化智能终端产业生态。

    We must broaden our horizon and collect wisdom intelligence for further explorations in key areas. All the people in the fields of intelligent terminal, finance and education must work hand in hand to find new model and new path of innovating public service, to promote intelligent terminal industry.

    二、面向未来，加强安保，在关键领域勇于创新。把安全作为推动智能终端技术发展的前提，全面加强科技创新与产业研究投入力度，务实推动关键技术、核心产品与集成方案取得重大突破。

    We must face up to the future, and strengthen data security to make innovations in key areas. We need to make data security as a priority to promote the development of intelligent terminal industry and strengthen investment in science，technology innovation and researching to make new breakthroughs.

    三、突出重点，提升效益，在应用领域加强实践。紧紧抓住高端价值链，以智能终端应用创新带动云计算、物联网、大数据、智能制造和“互联网＋”等项目落地，促进传统产业与新兴产业齐头并进。

    We must focus on key areas and improving efficiency to keep us in the forefront. We need to seize the high-end value chain to drive the development of cloud computing, Internet of things, intelligent manufacturing and "Internet +" projects by intelligent terminal, to make sure traditional industries and emerging industries going forward hand in hand.

    四、保护环境，留住青山绿水，在环保领域率先垂范。把握环境改善与经济社会发展的关系，厚植发展优势，共同打造创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展格局。

    We must protect the environment to make one step further in the advantageous fields. We need to deal with the relationship between environment and economic development, in order to strengthen our advantage for innovative, harmonious, green and open development.

    五、放眼全球，关切“一带一路”，在新兴领域实现共同富裕。弘扬“和平合作、开放包容、互学互鉴、互利共赢”的丝路精神，与“一带一路”沿线国家科技界、产业界、教育界携手并进，开辟新的发展机遇。

    We must think globally and focus on "one belt one road" to realize common prosperity. We need to carry forward the spirit of the "peaceful cooperation, openness and inclusive, mutual learning, mutual benefit and win-win", to go hand in hand with all the other countries in the fields of technology, industry, education and seek new opportunities.

    值此大会召开之际发表此宣言，我们将致力于智能终端全球协同发展的崇高目标，为科技、产业及教育等各项事业作出更大贡献！

    On the occasion of this summit, we want to make the following statement: We are committed to the coordinated development of global intelligent terminal industry. We will make a greater contribution to science, technology and education!
